Zac and Nadine!

Well most teenage girls hate me as I got to interview Zac Efron and Robert Pattinson over the last few weeks for FM104! If you heard the interviews on The Juice or The Strawberry Alarm clock you know how nice and what a laugh each of them were. Had great craic!

Well I finally got a scoop for Xpose! Yes I was up in Newry to interview Nadine Coyle last week and all was going well. Only problem is as soon as the interview started an assistant asked would she like more make up and Nadine replied ‘ok’. That ‘ok’ meant an hour wait for their make up people (Nadines sister is one of those btw) to arrive. What would have been a nightmare usually quickly turned into good fortune.

While I was waiting I started chatting to Nadine’s main security guy John. He was full of the chat and was a really nice guy. He told me about all the celebs that he looks after, one of them being Nadines boyfriend Jason Bell. I asked what was the ex New York Giants American football player was like and instead of just telling me, John said he’s not only in the building but would I like to meet him. My scoop radar went off immediately. Of course I’d like to get the first Irish interview with the man Nadine has kept out of the media….until now! Getting Nadine was great but getting her beau made it a story, and to top it all off he was lovely. Really nice guy.

I was surprised when Jason told me you’d never know what Nadine will get for Christmas with a glint in his eye. I’d asked him if he was going to propose and he went all shy. To my shock Nadine almost heaved at the suggestion he might propose for Christmas! After saying ‘Not a chance’ she said ‘he knows where we stand’. Well Nadine I don’t really think he does.

The interview got great audience figures and was my second scoop on Xpose. My first was getting Kristen Stewart to more or less admit she’d dated Robert Pattinson. I’m starting to get the hang of this scoop thing, who know’s what I’ll get next!

Besides all that scoop business I’m getting ready for Christmas. Women generally have no idea of what to buy men for Christmas so I’m doing a few packages on what makes good presents this year. I’m also doing a couple on men’s pampering as we all like to spoil ourselves now and again.

Just wrapped on Zookeeper set!!!

Well I made it!!! It's nearly 5am here in Boston and we've worked through the night. What a night it was. We started at 4pm yesterday and it was a full on rollarcoaster. I play an Irish guy who looks like Tiger Woods and I've never had as much fun.

My scene is a fashion show so there was hundreds of extras around us. The scene features me, Kevin James, leslie Bibb, and Thomas Gottschalk who plays an over the top fashion designer with a miniture dog called Krugel!

It was a long night but it flew by and I picked up having the craic with Kevin James from were I left off in Dublin when I interviewed him in March. Still can't believe he wrote the part for me and when we wrapped he gave me a tour of his trailer (which was way bigger than mine!) and said he thought I was funny in Dublin, but hilarious in Boston and I'm gona make this film! I know he's probably just saying that but I'm gona take that compliment as gospel! Leslie was amazing too and gave me loads of tips. She plays the bitchy character in Confessions of a Shopaholic as well but shes the complete opposite.

Check out the photos above of me with the cast and director Frank Coraci who did the Wedding Singer and Click. What a legend!

You can take a sneak peek video tour of my trailer here too... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S3xNAT2iQbo

See you back in Ireland!!!

Boston here I come!!!

Well it’s officially a month now, including my two weeks training, that I’ve been in the Xpose office. It’s gone by faster than any other month in my life and it’s been action packed to say the least.

I started off getting to grips with covering fashion on the show. I’ve never done anything like that before so it was a challenge, but I love my fashion so I loved it! From Brown Thomas to Marks & Spenser’s Autumn/Winter collection catwalks, I was at them all. There’s some great deals to be had this season with prices coming down a little bit, and the 80’s are truly back in vogue!

I’m just back from covering the Inside Soap awards in London the other night. Talk about madness! All the stars from Eastenders, Coronation Street and all the big soaps were there. Soapstars love their nights out and the awards were no exception. The cast of Eastenders won best soap and they were out to celebrate in force. I had a great night on the red carpet but I was exhausted afterwards so I went back to the hotel and stuffed my face with pizza! What a contrast to the glamour of the awards.

One of the highlights has to be my interview with Shakira which goes out on Xpose next Friday. I expected her to be a complete diva but she was actually so nice! OK… she did keep me waiting for two hours to interview her, but she made up for it in the interview. Who knew Shakira was actually a bit of craic! She had me laughing for most of the interview and her English is really good.

The most shocking event of the week is Paddy Power putting me at 50/1 to be the next James Bond and 100/1 to win an Oscar!!! Has the world gone mad! My life can’t get any crazier… or any better! The reason this has all happened is because I’m going to be in an MGM film! I’m going to Boston for a week in October to be in Kevin James’ new film Zookeeper. I interviewed Kevin earlier this year for his hit movie ‘Mall Cop’ and he wrote me a small part in the film because we had such a laugh! I’m being flown over first class and I’m staying with the cast in a 5 star hotel. I’ve never travelled first class so I’m excited about that as well. Can’t wait to get out there and do it. Me, in a real high budget Hollywood movie, what on earth will happen to me next!!!

My Xpose life has started!

Well my life has been absolutely nuts since winning Total Xposure and it's been so much fun! I just got back from a week in the sun in the south of France on Sunday which was brilliant and well needed. After I won i spent 2 weeks doing loads of interviews and photoshoots (VIP mag pic above for example!) so it was great to get away.

I started in the Xpose office on Tuesday. I got to go out with Lisa on a fashion package she was doing so that was great craic. Yesterday and today I was in Galway and Cork for more launches of the TV3 autumn?winter programming. Went down really well.

So my first on-air package on Xpose will be Monday week! Can't wait! The night before (the Sunday) a documentary about me and my journey on Total Xposure will air so hope it's not too cringy!

I'm also continuing on FM104 as their movie correspondent so I'm thrilled I can do both jobs. Make sure to listen in to The Juice on Sunday and if your at the Leopardstown Races Champion stakes Day on Saturday watch out for me as I'm judging best dressed lady competition! Good luck and dress to impress!!! :)

Vote for me to WIN!!!

Well the lines have opened and you can now vote for me to win Total Xposure! Just text 'Sean' to 53307 or call 1513 712302 to vote for me!! Thanks a million.

Now we're all getting ready to do the last task and recover the drama that was Stuartgate!!! Stuart is actually a really nice guy but unfortunately I think it all got a bit too much for him and he just cracked. I feel really sorry for him actually.

The biggest shock of the week though was it's not Anthony in the final with myself and Simon... it's Ruth!!! Anthony is such a nice guy and we've become good friends but we all thought he might be unstoppable! I think Anthony will get something great out of all of this cause he's jsut so likeable.

Well I'm off to do the last task so wish me luck. Thanks to everyone for voting and please do vote as every vote does count. Really appreciate it.

Don't forget to listen to The Juice and The Strawberry Alarm CLock on FM104 to hear my movie reviews. A big thank you to FM104 as well as they've really gotten behind me and supported from day one so a huge THANK YOU to everybody.

Besides that big news I also got to interview Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock (as well as director Anne Fletcher) for their new film 'The Proposal'. They were such a laugh and the films great fun! Transformers Revenge of the Fallen

So another blockbuster has arrived and slightly disappointed! Star Trek is the only film that seems to have lived up to it's hype so far this summer. X Men Origins Wolverine was at best average and Transformers is way too long with a pretty bland story.

Lets hope Johnny Depp can break the bad trend with 'Public Enemies' hitting cinemas on July 1.

Me VS Channing Tatum 'Fighting'... who'd win?

So everyone is talking about Channing Tatum's new movie 'Fighting'. The model turned actor has his new flick releasing this week and turns out he's not a fighter at all... more a pussycat really!

When I knew I would be interviewing him this week I expected him to be a tough guy and any questioning of his toughness would be met with a punch in the face. But I didn't need the bodyguards in the end. He was possibly the nicest, sweetest, and softest guy you're ever likely to meet. He 'was raised to be a gentleman and any wandering from that was rewarded with a slap'. Well his parents can be proud as he's turned out alright!

Channing is also in one of the summer blockbusters 'G.I Joe' which will surely make him a household name. It's gonna be crazy according to Channing with camp cheesy over the top one liners all the way through. Camp and G.I Joe? Well I guess it's definitely going to be different anyway!

(Interview with Channing on 'The Juice' on Fm104 this SUnday morning)

Star Trekin' on The Juice!

If your looking forward to the new Star Trek movie your not going to be disappointed! I've seen it twice and its brilliant. Not just for Trekies this film is for everyone with lots of action and a ridiculously good looking cast!

I'll be talking to Simon Pegg who plays the hilarious Scotty and the gorgeous Zoe Saldana on the Juice next week. Not to be missed!

I hope you all had a great bank holiday weekend. I had a great day at the races in Fairyhouse yesterday and managed to win The Carton House best dressed man at the races prize! Yay me!!!

Anyway back to work and one thing you won't want to miss this week is Paul Rudd and Jason Segal as I interviewed them both for I Love You Man. This film is the funniest comedy so far this year and the guys are hilarious.

Check them out on The Strawberry Alarm Clock and The Juice on Sunday.

The Rock

Ok one minute I look like Obama and now people are saying I look like 'The Rock' Dwayne Johnson's brother!!! Make up your mind folks!

What do you think?

Im gona be a movie star!

You might have heard on 'The Juice' that I'm going to be in a movie! Well the truth is... maybe!!!

Yes Kevin James asked for my card in an interview when he was in Dublin the other week and said he's looking for a Tiger Woods lookalike for his next film based in a Zoo in Boston.

I don't know... do I look like Tiger? What do you think? I don't see it personnaly but if it gets me to Boston in the summer... yep, I'm the spitting image!

Paul Rudd 'Big Movie Download'

Don't forget to get this weeks 'Big Movie Download' on itunes where I talk to Paul Rudd about his new comedy Role Models.

Happy New Year

Well it's the new year and already the movie world has gone into overdrive with the Golden Globes happening last night.

Even though Kate Winslett couldn't remember Angelina Jolie's name she managed to bag two gongs for the reader and Revolutionary Road. The most deserving winners for me were Danny Boyle for the brilliant Slumdog Millionaire, Sally Hawkins for the charming Happy Go Lucky, and our very own Colin Farrell for In Bruges. We had Colin on the show twice last year and 2008 was definitely a great year for him.

Well this is just the start of it folks. The Oscars and The Jameson Dublin International Film festival are both around the corner and we'll be giving you news ind interviews from both so stay tuned to The Juice and The Big Movie Download podcast.

Also this Sunday I'll be talking to Jamie Bell aka Billy Elliot before I head over to Disneyland Paris to get all the gossip and exclusives at the European Premiere of Disney film 'Bolt'. I love roallarcoasters so I can't wait!!! I know... it's a hard life!
